Clinical Nutrition
Clinical Nutrition can identify dietary needs, food intolerances or assist in making healthy food choices guided by a qualified professional.
Our Clinical Nutritionist Nancy has a Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Medicine and can help identify and treat a wide variety of issues surrounding the way we choose to fuel our bodies.
The food and drinks we chose to put into our bodies can have both positive and negative effects on how we function. Our dietary needs may also change throughout our lives such as an increase in exercise (training for a marathon), post surgery (managing inflammation with food), pregnancy, menopause or after a major health diagnosis.
Our nutritionist is able to help with issues such as:
-
High cholesterol
-
High blood pressure
-
Type 2 diabetes
-
Food intolerance
-
Changing diets
-
Digestive complaints
-
Nutrient deficiency
-

Nancy may may design, coordinate, implement and evaluate a range of health interventions to improve the wellbeing of individuals through better food and nutrition. She may request medical tests to investigate medical conditions further, design meal plans and provide education for condition management.
